Our Team
Jose L. Anton, President Jose has a BE in Electronic and has more than 20 years in networks, security, and software development experience. He is responsible for the security of our servers and network, daily backup of database, planning infrastructure, etc.
He is always in everywhere and knows about everything, but let us do what each does best, he makes us feel part of every decision and takes our ideas very serious, trying to create a whole by implementing small part of each idea.
Jose keeps the perfect balance between working and playing time, he believes the best way to create a community is by sharing more time together, so always takes time with each one of us; inviting us all to lunch or happy hours.
He enjoys making us laugh and being happy to be part of this fundraising 2.0 process, he is a really fundraising 2.0 fan and makes us feel it!
Odalys E. Anton, Head of Product Development
Odalys has a BE in Computer Science and more than 15 years in experience with software development and database administration. She has used her extensive enterprise experience to design the site and the database.
Odalys is the head of product development; she is the type of person that cannot stop developing new ideas and is brave enough to put them on practice. She is very organized and dedicates at least 3-4 hours per day to research, looking for new ways to improve our services and help others.
When she is not working and improving fundraising 2.0, she enjoys having good time with her family and taking care of her three sons. She enjoys family vacation the most.
Diana Valladares, Secretary
Diana is 23 years old college student. She brings fresh ideas to the team helping us see the future through her eyes.
She is the one that take care of day to day stuff, from faxing documents to archiving, answering emails, to QA. She is very determined to do her best, completing each certification process in one business day.
She manages the customer service team, giving them all daily tasks and verifying that were completed successful at the end of the day, keeping our clients happy. She believes that being a fundraising 2.0 fan, is what helps her to success.
When not helping us, Diana enjoys music, dancing and get in touch with her friends.
Jorge Torano, QA Director
Jorge is our QA Director; he is the one you need to complain when the site is not working properly. He oversees all the development and keeps an “eagle eye” for us. Jorge gives especially attention to the details, trying always to find the way to “break” the process to ensure the site is capable to react to any situation without losing the integrity of the data.
When not dealing with site problems, he enjoys diving and fishing, he says he is one of the best in South Florida but … we are still waiting for a good “catch”.
Diana Lahitte, VP Finance
Mrs. Lahitte is the finance person. She keeps us under budget and controls all the transactions, ensuring that we comply with all the laws and that we delivery the donations on time.
Diana has a Master in Financial and Business Administration, with more than 30 years in business management and finance experience. She is very committed to our clients; personally verify that all the process and regulations are followed.
Diana enjoys reading and spending time with her family, counting with 4 teenagers kids, her lives is not that easy but full of new experiences every day.
